I really enjoy the photo for your November edition. How did you do that? Also, I'm pissed I had no idea about this chocolate shop roundup. How do I found out about the next one?

Jessica, if you mean the lens flare effect in the sky..that is in fact lens flare (it happens if you are shooting towards the sun at certain angles). (There is also a Lens Flare filter in Photoshop to fake that effect, but the one in that photo is a real one.)
